That first beer is tough but the others go down easier as the morning goes on. The Tante Sue de Mamou is still alive and kicking. Her hot damn secured in her holster by her side. Fred's Lounge in Mamou really is the capital of Cajun Music and one of the few places where you can drink a beer at 8 am and not feel too strange about it.
