Few places in the South have more flair than Ernest's in Shreveport, Louisiana. Ernest doesn't come around much any more but if you hit the night right you can be served by his son "Cherokee". I would recommend the crab au gratin which has at least a family of crab in it. You can also dance the night away with Don Mason on the 8 by 8 dance floor.
