Does anyone remember the "Galloping Gourmet"? The funky English guy in the 60's clothes that always had a wine glass in his hand and was a little looped? What a great show. Well, I'm hoping to bring him back in a way with the "Hot Plate Gourmet". Except I'm not English, I don't have a TV show, I can't cook and I have no real kitchen to figure it out. Those things aside, there is a new Chef in town. Move over Gordon Ramsey and Bobby Flay, you may get hurt in this one. Nothing beats the single burner.
